  • Selection of dried Fruits, Raw Nuts and Seeds
  • 5 oz. Natural Yogurt
  • Sweetener of Choice
  • 7 oz. Water

Ingredients:  

  •   1 Scoop of Insulin Plant Leaf Powder 
  •   17 oz. Water
  •   1 Lemon
  •   Sweetener of Choice
  •   1 Piece (1/2 inch) fresh Ginger

  Preparation:

  •   Boil Water and Add to Insulin Plant Leaf Powder
  •   Grate Ginger and Add to Tea
  •   Let Tea Cool Down
  •   Strain the Tea and Add Sweetener and Lemon Juice
