- Sweetener of Choice
- 7 oz. Water
- 5 g Ceylon Cinnamon

Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop of Insulin Plant Leaf Powder
- 17 oz. Water
- 1 Lemon
- Sweetener of Choice
- 1 Piece (1/2 inch) fresh Ginger
Preparation:
- Boil Water and Add to Insulin Plant Leaf Powder
- Grate Ginger and Add to Tea
- Let Tea Cool Down
- Strain the Tea and Add Sweetener and Lemon Juice
